Ahh the good old days! Cell bills were cheap and no one could text because you had to hit each button like five times to get the letter you wanted!

Does anyone know if it's legal to rent a house that's in foreclosure as long as the tenant knows and agrees to it? Obviously it would e a month to month deal.

Why would anyone want to pay rent on a home that owner isn't paying the mortgage on? Sounds like the owner should let them stay for free.

Gotta clean my garage out enough to park the jeep inside so it can go topless. Can't leave a topless jeep outside because when topless, people can do stuff to its toplessness! It's perfect weather for topless jeeping, but have to be topless responsible. You're welcome Ysb! Topless.

I've never actually driven without my doors - even with my old Jeep (sigh oh how I miss it) I think it's that insurance in me that is afraid of it!! Maybe I'll give it a try this summer

Going door less is awesome. I just cannot do it too much with the kids in the back right now. I don't want them throwing everything out. I did it before and after I installed sliders. I was pretty comfortable just putting my foot on the sliders. It is almost like someone should design a foot peg that goes in the bottom door hinge.
