If you're free sat afternoon, I'll help. Going to the gun show first, then I'm free

The difference between stupidity and ignorance. Ignorance is doing something wrong and not knowing better. Stupidity is knowing better, but doing it anyway. Don't be stupid!

My buddy in the Air Force had an 89 Hyundai Excel that we absolutely beat the hell out of. Thing never missed a beat. We really, really tried to kill that car.

I had a '95 4Runner. Those are about the same under the hood, aren't they? I don't remember what kind of MPG it got, but those were different days back then. $15 was damn near a full tank. Nobody cared much about MPG.

I thought he had poor taste in cars as he had that stupid Excel and he had a Geo Storm when they first came out. But as it turns out, I don't recall him ever paying for repairs on either car. Me on the other hand... with my 79 Z-28; 91 S-10; 85 Nissan Pickup... I spent a lot. And the Storm, believe it or not... got a lot of chicks in the Florida Panhandle during spring break. That is all.

Also it would be cheap to buy, cheap registration, chaep maintenance, cheap insurance, etc... Thoughts???
They will go forever. My uncle had one and always complained that the mileage wasn't as good as he thought it would be. My first truck was a 4 banger Izuzu pick up and it wasn't great on gas for it's size. It's still much better than any other vehicle I have ever owned minus the Acura. Had some decent torque though. YSB is a cross dressing sock sniffer.

The wife is off at 3PM. Would we be finished by then? If not, I'm sure she could find something to do while she waited.

If you wanted to get her from work first, it would be better. Going to the show at around 1, so 4ish would be good

How long did yours last? Mine was replaced 10 months ago and it's already cracked. I suspect it's been cracked since around the 6 month mark.
It was the stocker so 130k, but it had 5 cracks in it 3 in the front and 2 in the rear. I replaced it with a stocker off ebay for .01 cents plus shipping. I was going to buy a header but i hear they crack faster then the stockers.
