And if a plumber showed up not showing crack I'd almost be worried I was getting some rookie looser that didn't know what they were doing. I'm pretty sure that's probably the last thing taught in the apprenticeship programs and acts as like the college diploma to hang on the wall.

So I was poking around IFSJA last night and came across a thread, that had the same issues im having with my Jeep. The consensus is the accelerator pump, looks like I get to pull apart my carburetor.

Puck, what carb are you dealing with on that thing? Again, I agree, just rebuild it. If its a Holley, I could have it rebuilt in no more than an hour or two including bs time.(had to do it a few times myself)

it is just the factory 2 barrel. Aside from all the stupid smog stuff on it, it would be a quick rebuild.
