Sorry, but I have to stay kind of close to home this morning. One of my neighbors is having a bed delivered and I have to let them in her house when they call.

Will you be able to make it tonight after you get tagged?

I can't believe that your neighbors would trust you with their bed. Esp with all of the dirty things running through your head.

Where is the DMV in Henderson? I'm near South Point. Is that close?

If it's close enough for me to run there and back quickly if the furniture people arrive, I might be able to pick you up.

I have great neighbors. The one I'm receiving the bed for is a single older woman. She reminds me of my Mom so I'm always checking up on her.

The one to our right is a Chinese couple that are both really shy. They always stop to talk when I'm outside, but they don't really add much to a conversation. I have plenty to say, but at least give me somewhere to go in a conversation.

Neighbors diagonally across the street are a lesbian couple. The man of the couple has her son from a previous marriage with them. She is so mean to her kid. Probably mad he's not a girl.

Other next door neighbor is a younger couple. Hot looking wife is a waitress at one of the Strip casinos. Not joking about this part. Her husband is a huge bodybuilder, but he's closet gay. I've heard their arguments about how he needs to decide if he wants to be gay or straight.

You are coming tonight, Greg?

Figured as much. They put snack bars in those places for a reason.

Last announcement:
Cottonwood Pass trail ride tonight. Saturday, Feb 25.

Make sure you post up that you are going so we'll know when we can leave as a group. Start meeting around 5PM. We'll probably leave around 5:30 or earlier if everyone that posts is there.

The drive to the trail is about half an hour south of the meeting spot. The trail is about 12 miles and with a slow pace and a break at the peak, it should run 2-3 hours. It exits at Blue Diamond.

Cottonwood Pass is an easy trail. No surprises. Nothing technical. No hazards. Stock friendly. I didn't use 4WD at all when we last ran it a few days ago.

Meet here: 36° 0'54.91"N 115°10'57.89"W
Start here: 35°51'27.18"N 115°26'40.59"W
Break Here: 35°57'14.52"N 115°26'16.64"W
End here: 35°59'50.59"N 115°26'48.39"W

For those without a GPS, here are directions to the meeting spot:
From I-15 exit at Silverado Ranch (South Point Casino)
Head West, then turn right at first traffic light onto Dean Martin.
First street on right is Gary St. It's an empty street that ends at the interstate.

There will be a break just after the halfway mark around a peak with a beautiful view of the entire strip. There is also a very steep drop off a cliff if you aren't mindful of where you are. Everyone please bring a good flashlight. If you are bringing your kids or pets, make sure someone keeps a close eye on them at all times.

My wife and I have to start our Sunday at 5AM, so we won't be able to hang out after the trail, but since most of you have weekends off I'm sure someone can organize an after party.

See you all tonight!

Well as long as someone doesn't throw a full gallon can of paint at my wife during her run, we should be there tonight. I will bring my out of line gear. AKA a gun and a shovel just in case anyone gets out of line!!!
