I figured since the other thread started out as talking about making a club, and what clubs are available, we should have a thread that's just dedicated to setting up trail runs.
The title says it all, and it'll be less cluttered.
So, the 9/18/10 Run to Potato Ridge was a success!
Next item on the schedule is Logandale on 10/23/10 according to McRoberts. Seems like we have a few interested parties! Who all is planning to attend?
If there is anything in the meantime, or someone local wants another rig to ride with them, just post up and see if anyone is available!
Yep, already got a bikini for mine and actually have a spare header bar too. Thanks for the offer though! Jump on that one MM! I typically have my top off almost year round. This year has been a bit odd cause I put it on for an Az trip and just haven't had the chance to take it back off yet. Once it comes off though it'll be off for probably a year...
It is in good condition, no tears or anything. I believe it is the right rear has a broken clip, I showed it who was boss last time, but you can get them at micheals or any other craft store for a buck or so.
It is not brand new, but still cheaper than spending $150 for a new one. Heck I would probably take a 2 year subscription to JP magazine for it. haha
I want to get a spiderweb shade for mine this year

Hey sirhk I think I stumbled across an add of yours for wheel spacers. If it is yours I may be contacting you fairly soon for a set for my 07 f-150. When I bought my truck the dealer put the super wide tires on it and the rub like crazy. If not disregard.
MMCKEIG, it was great meeting you. Sorry I was short but I work from home and I have enough issues with my ADD. Enjoy the bikini top. Now I just need one for my JK
So, any of you that own a JK... If for some reason you ever need to take your climate control knobs off have fun! I just broke one off the bosses jeep. LOL Whoops!

Going door less is awesome. I just cannot do it too much with the kids in the back right now. I don't want them throwing everything out. I did it before and after I installed sliders. I was pretty comfortable just putting my foot on the sliders. It is almost like someone should design a foot peg that goes in the bottom door hinge.

LOL, I completely forgot about that option!!! I remember using JB weld to keep them on which worked great! Luckily I never had to pull them back off at least. HAHA
Only picture I have but there's the old CJ in the background.
Oh wait, I've got this picture of it also... LOL
That CJ7 was rad! Had 2" skyjacker springs on it, 4.10s in the diffs, 4:1 kit in the dana300, caged, locker in the rear, big winch up front, Mopar EFI, on board air, sat on 32" tires usually. Pretty much went where ever we needed it to.
