Recently Wagon Master (wagonmaster.com) bought a 1991 Grand Wagoneer here in Vegas that has something like 592 miles on it, documented. Owner apparently bought it then realized they were discontinuing them and parked it.

My response to this was "give me a few minutes in the garage and I can make my 73 only have 592 miles"

Only need to hook a drill up to the speedo cable and wheel it forward about 2600 miles, lol.

Wow, there's no way that thing really only has that many miles!!! Pathetic if it does... Doesn't matter anyways but just thought it looked a tad suspicious!

I'd have no problem buying a diesel with up to 250K on it... But the rest of the truck... Yeah, not looking for one with a million and 47 thousand miles on the chassis.

I saw that truck and if it was 4wd, I would have been all over it. I have been finding a ton of cool diesel trucks lately but all 2wd

Is the house a pre-fab? How much land does it sit on?

I'll go up to a 24 pack. And a spool of welding wire.

Yes and it's on 2 acres... You're leading the bid at this point.

Speaking of houses... I decided to sell my house instead of renting it out. I was bummed at first with how much the realtor fee's are, but oh well.

I don't even want to talk about realtor fees...we lost our a$$ on selling the house , but I'm just glad I won't be paying the mortgage anymore.

knocking on wood... we have been pretty lucky so far. In VA I netted $45k in less than 3 years, in TX we broke even after Realtor fee's, and here based on what our Realtor told us we should net between $30-40k after fee's.

If I had the time and my Realtor was not so cool, I would probably list it by myself.
