J-rod,

have you thought about taking the rad and the $165 to a shop and seeing it if can be welded or sealed?

I'm thinking of that as well, but I can't just take the radiator out of the jeep (only car remember?).

Unfortunatly the radiator really does cool well; The fan kicks on and it cools very quickly.

$50 (which would cover the cost for the rest of the CSF)

My dad has been getting his haircut here since he was in high school. It's in the ghetto but is a great place.

Anybody know a good hobby (model building, specifically) store in the valley?

I went to hobby people on boulder and trop and was somewhat underwhelmed. I just needed to pick up some model paint, and they were out of flat black. I mean, who the hell is out of flat black? That's like the most common color ever. Aside from being completely ignored when I got there, they just seemed to be low on stock of everything model related.

Go to Dansey's on lamb and charleston by the little Caesars. Good people. Hobby town on Sahara and Decatur by the Panda Express used to have a ish ton of stuff.

I second hobby town. I used to love hobby people when I first got into nitro cars they were a huge help. It's gone way downhill since. When I did a lot of model cars I would just use krylon ultra flat for frames.
