Ah, gotcha - I misunderstood what you needed. Call us at the shop this morning, assuming you have a welder maybe we can run out and handle it for you. 702-701-0115

I can't complain about it one stinking bit and trust me, I beyond appreciate it! They treat me great here! My complaint is that the tax that's taken out of say you're monthly salary is probably a decent chunk. I earned that bonus, the fed gov didn't that's for damn sure! At least let me keep 100% of my damn bonus! But nope, it's looked at as income so by by that percentage of it.

Not complaining one bit about getting a bonus or my employer, solely complaining that I put in the extra effort to go above and beyond my R&D expectations to earn it, not the gov. LOL I didn't see them out in production fixing the welders, up on the roof fixing a water pump in a swamp cooler, machinging custom tooling for production, learning how to make transfer print pad patterns for production, etc... But that's cool, I'll hand over a pretty substantial amount of my bonus check. No biggie... LOL
FYI, Your taxes are estimated and withheld based on your regular rate of pay. Since "bonuses" are not included in your yearly pay calculation and for most no one knows how much it may be, the IRS automatically taxes them at the highest tax rate.

As a business owner it really sucks because you have unhappy employees because they dont get to take home their full bonus, and then you have to pay your share of the businesses taxes also on that bonus.

So far behind...

Marn, sorry for your loss.

Khris, complaining about taxes it's like complaining about the sun coming up

Welp, i found out i bent my front axle into a smiley face. The other night as i came out of a store, i saw my front tires leaning in at the top, i thought it may be ball joints, nope, passenger side axle tube is slightly bent up. So, now i get to locate new axles, or buy and build some dana 60's.

I think the key word there was He (i.e. Puck). I have seen plenty of people wheel 35's on D30's without issues; granted they had an entirely different wheeling style and I would totally not recommend it.
