Ah ha. Sucks to hear.

I totally missed my projections last month and this past month. But that doesn't actually mean anything. Lol November was looking scarce then I put 39,000 on the board

Just got a call from my pops. After 3 years of not selling a construction job he has sold 5 custom sheds and a sunroom add on since Friday.

I may have to talk to him. We may wanna do a balcony off the back of the house. It's a two story, so it would essentially be a patio cover with a balcony off the master bedroom. Would likely be crazy expensive, but who knows, right?

My guess would be that it would be out of his/our ability. He no longer has any employees and was essentially out of business. I'll talk to though. My guess not knowing exact numbers would be $7-10k depending on stucco, how "finished" you want, permits and what not.

Hey need to pick your brains. Will a 242 drive chain fit a 231? Idk if it's same size or two totally different chains

I'm not sure. You may want to post that in a tech section. Someone here may know but you would probably have more luck in the tech section.

The 241/242 is a wider chain than the 231. It will fit, but you will also want to swap the output shaft/gear so the wider chain will have the correct width gear contact on it.
