Come to find out today that the firewall at work has been upgraded (if you can call it that) and I can no longer post to forums. Can still read them but can't post. Kinda ****ty, hope it isn't like that back home. Anyway, **** it. I can't change the firewall nor how long I am here so I may as well try to make the best of it.

Khris, I saw the map! Looks like a really long but really fun trip. Looking at pictures of your truck though, I wonder what happened? I mean it was awesome when you bought it. From the missing suspension bolt, to the Home Depot signal mounts, and the miter cut bed cage. Hell, it even had Kings! Now, look at it... Poor truck!

That's a funky looking LS1. Especially with crappy power pack heads. Still a cool truck though.

Exactly what I was thinking. I have seen a few LS engines with a carb but they still have the coil packs. Either way, why give up the EFI?

Doc this is for you. You mentioned that you wanted to start a new build and maybe a J Truck. Well it's for you to drool over...this is my friends J Truck. Bad *** on every level. LS 6.0 yadda yadda yadda the list goes on.

Yeah, all the morons use "LS1" when what they really mean is small block Chevy. I've gotten used to it.

That hi lift mount basically says I will never seriously rock crawl this jeep. Otherwise he would have ripped it off a long time ago.

Wish more of you had rigs that could hold a decent pace in the dirt besides Ricky! I'm planning a pretty badass run and have some guys from Flagstaff that might come down for it cause I can't really stand anyone in Vegas with rigs that aren't god awfully slow! LOL

Day 1... Boulder City thru Oatman and down south of Havasu to a remote empty cabin right near Bill Williams River. Camp at the cabin, then Day two down to Parker with a quick stop at the desert bar, cross the river in parker and loop back up to I40 on the Cali side of the river. People will split from there. I've got Boulder to the Cabin south of Havasu all mapped out so far and it looks like there's about 10 miles of total pavement involved at most. Some really epic looking canyons from what I've seen!

Basically I'm finally working on some trips to use the expo for what I built it for. An all around go anywhere get some dirt miles under my tires rig!
