I was expecting a late 80's early 90's to be sub $1000. I don't even want a nice one. Just something that may or may not lose a roof.

I recently bought one for a friend that needed a new water pump for $600. I talked him down from $900 because of the coolant issues. Just keep checking craigslist every day and they will pop up. You have to jump on them quick because they don't last long.

I have been holding my ZJ for a guy for a few weeks because he's been having a ton of health issues. Now I'm on the fence about just buying a JY motor and throwing it in.

Andy, this is the Giant motorsports DD link kit! Something to think about!!! They offer a WIY version for cheaper and with this you don't have to do a fuel cell or relocate the gas tank. I'll bet it's not too much more outta pocket then the 64's and link killer shocks!!!

Hey Scott, it seems like Cherokees area all over CL; I am halfway sort of looking for either an old Grand Wagoneer or Honcho J10 pick up... and it seems like CL is absolutely littered with XJs... On a side note; anyone know where I can find a Mexican flag?

That has me looking to see what I can find out about it. I don't know if it was the WIY kit but even so, $3950 minus shocks and bed cage vs. link killer $3025 minus bed cage. Both would allow me to go cantilever at some point if I wanted although if I can keep the bed cage below the top of bedsides and retain most of the bed space I may not ever need to go canti. Really have to think about that!

I also learned that Giant is selling their D44 TTB kit again. Being that Kopycat still hasn't done a run of his D44 brackets and the Giant kit is far more complete... Well...
