I assume that someone named "Max Bet" stole the gas and the insurance card from a brown van. Apparently, this "Max Bet" wants all the women with butt implants to know of his achievement. You gotta start somewhere! And he'll just be going so fast that the front end will always be in the air and off the ground anyways! Let the front end skip across the bumps while the rear sets down and keeps the tires planted! Works that way in my head at least! He's probably going to need a turbo, blower and NOS though!
