I have two vehicles and a trailer in my garage, and still have space to work.

I so wanted to have a 3 car garage, but everyone I looked at needed more work than I wanted to do.

I would not mind something like that either... but I was talking about something more within city limits.

The funny thing is, the very first house that I looked when I was buying my first house had a shop out back that was larger than the whole house. It was also heated/cooled. But the house was in VA and it was one of the old 30's cottage type houses. It was small and had no closets, that plus it was less than a mile from base.

I could care less about the size of the house all I care about is garage size and parking

Yea, it was a cash investor. $1300 isn't bad considering the size of the place. We will have a roommate so we wanted something a little bigger.

Actually I think I could squeeze the TJ in there too, just have to fold the mirrors back on the truck and suck in my beer belly to get out of the TJ.

I've always wondered what it's like to have your own vehicle actually in your garage? That just rarely happens for me though. LOL

I was super pumped when we left out apartment for a house to find out my truck is like 3/4" to long to fit in a garage. So my wife get her car in the garage by itself.

Probably too artsy for me to handle. I can tape off straight lines and that's about it... LOL

Loosing your steering at about 110mph kinda sucks from what I've heard...
