Penetrating oil or a mix of acetone and trans fluid works well too.

The bolt is up inside. It's not something I can easily get to. I'm really thinking of just lifting the tub a little and wacking the bolt with a sledge. Before I do that, I'll try removing the fender well and seeing what I have to work with.

I should have gone to Lowe's today and picked up replacement hardware since they'll probably be closed tomorrow.

I know the shocks aren't completely right yet, but I'm already hating them. Even on it's softest setting they are too stiff. All the adjustment seems to do is control the amount of body roll and does nothing for comfort. My worn out 10 year old OE's were more comfortable and they were leaking. Should have got some cheaper gas shocks.

I have an air hammer but none of the attachments, you are more than welcomed to come up and use it, I could also give you a hand, you know my address, it is just all the way on the other side of town

Looks like a good idea other than drilling it out. There's no space to angle a drill in there. Where do I get that? Auto Zone?

I may drop the fuel tank so I'll have enough room to hammer or drill it out. I'd rather not. It's a PITA especially since I just filled the tank today.

Thanks for the offer, but I don't think it would be safe to drive it across town. I might consider that if I was sure we could fix it, but if not I'd have to drive it all the way back.
