Ahhh, makes sense...



So... I still seriously dislike this photo dude!!!! All day yesterday in emails and then a text this morning I send him. "If we can do it Sunday morning that would work out also" I just get a reply... "yeah, sunday afternoon should be no problem. I'll call you when I have better service" WTF DUDE!!!!! Last I saw, there was a difference between morning and afternoon!

At some point, you have to get with a rep at the company and let them know. You have been ready 3-4 times now and every time the photographer has flaked. That doesn't lend itself to confidence in the photographer or the company. The company may not even know or may be given false information about you from the photographer which could then reduce confidence in TPF Racing. At least my assumption is that this is a photographer for a sponsor?

I would absolutely do the same thing. Contact the magazine rep an let the know of the situation

Well, as of right now we're confirmed for 7:30AM Sunday morning... Jeeze!!! Talk about jumping thru hoops to get this dude nailed down.

It's not for a sponsor, it's for a magazine shoot. The photo dude actually also turns out to be a regular at all the races and is a hired contract type photographer.

Gold Mountain and John Bull done! Only carnage so far was a torn off front control arm mount (JK) crushed tailpipe (JK) and a busted plastic shift linkage bushing (mine).

Today is Holcomb Creek and Heartbreak Ridge.

Does anyone know for certain if there would be any negative drivability effects from driving with the speedo gear removed? I k ow it will trip an engine code, but will it still run and drive like it should? Is the fuel level gauge integrated with the speed sensor for estimated fuel level like in bikes? Any input would be appreciated. Leaving at 4am, and still deciding in whether to just go for it in the jeep or accept the ride from the family. Opinions? Thanks. I'll keep in touch with pics!

Been running mine for about 4 months that way no issues. Stole the wife's garmin for a speedo.

Now if yours is newer and depends on a signal from the VSS then you have a problem.
