Sure. Provided the drivetrain is in good shape, it will tow damn near anything. Towing it safely is something else entirely.

Unrelated but I just wanted to point out that if there is ever any doubt as to which military branch provides the highest quality of life, look no farther than Andy and I. Pulling some hardship duties overseas, browsing internet forums....all in a days work!

Haha, unlike to happen for him. Now Andy on the other hand, he's got a little bit of the short man temperamental thing happening sometimes! Haha

Yeah, but I don't end up with a race truck in my garage if Andy goes Snowden...

If anyone is bored tonight there should be a decent display of race trucks and buggies at http://www.violastavern.com/ starting around 6ish. Both the race truck and my yota will be there. Come check it out and buy my truck! LOL

Every once in a while pictures of this pop up on forums and it makes me realize how lame I really am! It's the most haggard hacked together looking POS that is insanely indescribably fast beyond words! In theory, this thing should be a death trap yet it's so dialed in it's not even funny!

This I can vouch for. Deployed and I am in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment off base. I have cable TV, wi-fi, and a phone in my place. I work an average of 6-8 hours a day with 2 days off a week and I am being paid to be here.

Okay, so I held that 50" dual row HID in my hands and had it on the back of the truck lighting it up across my driveway and I admit I wasn't that impressed. We got them for a smoking price and had I paid retail I'd have been pissed off and super disappointed. I mounted it up on the race truck and last night about 9pm pulled it out and went down to a side street that doesn't really have any houses on it to mess with the lights and do some rough adjustments. Kicked on the headlights, those were fine. Kicked on the HID's and let them warm up. They needed some adjustment and I got them roughly set. Then for the LED bar. It was like a different bar then what I remembered in my driveway. It put out a great amount of light! Doesn't have the distance that HID's would but has a much fuller saturation of light on the ground. It's like everyone says, it's just a solid flood of light rather then directed point with light bleeding out from that point like a HID or typical halogen. Running it with the HID's combined I think we're going to have a great setup! For anything like a dirt play toy or a jeep this light bar would be the most like you'd ever need in front of your rig! Granted, it's obviously not lighting up the rocks directly in front of you and underneath but it's like the best flood light imaginable with some decent distance thrown in.

Anyways, just tossing out my real world 1st impression. Will be interesting to get it in the dirt and see how it does. I've got the HID's adjusted a little low sitting static cause I'm assuming the front end will lift a bit when actually in motion. I'm not sure how the LED's are adjusted... They may be a bit high right now but I'll get it out in the dirt some evening to test.

Now I gotta figure out how to make brackets and mount one on my exploder!

I'm actually going to attempt something a bit looney tonight and if it goes well... Well... I'll get a laugh out of it and post up some pictures if it works. I'm not holding my breath though.

I've been looking at an LED bar for my truck but fairly small to go under the grill bar on the bumper but the price is crazy. Maybe I should get a knockoff and see how it works.

We're running this brand.

http://www.tough-light.com/

Specifically I've got 2 of these on the rear of the truck and I'm VERY impressed with them.

http://shop.tough-light.com/3-16-Wat...LEDs-3-16w.htm

And then we've got one of these across the front of the truck and I've got one to put on my expo.

http://shop.tough-light.com/50-Pro-Series-PS50.htm

Like I said, at first I was a bit disappointed in the 50" but after last night I'm sold on it.

If anyone wants to see them in person or whatever open invite to cruise by. If it's after dark and the truck is functional we could even pull it out and take it around the block so you can get a real idea on the bar vs. HID vs. just headlights.
