Going down the freeway at 75 I hit the gas a little and I'm doing 80 no problem within a few seconds with the ac on.
I think I might keep this one for a while
Regeared?

Why are rentals rough? I would think with all of these cash investors that they have flooding the market that there would be way too many rentals.

Here's a better answer, finding a good rental is tough. Finding a **** house is easy.

We're looking for 3+ room. Preferably all tile living space. NO HARDWOOD (dogs). Trying to stay around $11-1200. With easy access to Summerlin parkway. Need very pet friendly. We have 2 cats and 2 dogs

We're looking for something longer term, so we'll most likely be there for 2+ years. Move in mid October.

Now that 95 is finished, the drive from all the way up here is pretty good around rush hour. You can generally get more for your money up here too.

here is one around the corner from my house, but it has hardwood or pergo up stairs. http://mylistings.managevegas.las.ml...=1&ShowLinks=1

Zillow and hotpads are good apps to find one. Also drive around a neighborhood you like and look for rent signs. That's what I did. The biggest problem is time. Your looking to far out. The best time to look is a month from moving. Almost all rentals won't sit for longer than a few weeks.
