I've been day dreaming all day of wonderful fall weather. To bad I have to be in the heat all day.

Scott just do a quick run up to Mt Charleston in the evening. You should be able to easily see temps in the 60's or lower and be home by 10. Much better than sitting on the couch watching tv.

Just put your dinner on your air cleaner. It will be nice and hot by the time you get there.

I tried that once and ended up burning the crap out of a burrito zip tied to a radiator hose.

Haha it was. I even wrapped it in foil. I'm a big fan of tin foil dinners and they are easy enough to cook in a fire. I've also got this sweet sandwich press made from cast iron. Makes awesome pizza sandwiches quick in an open fire.

That was me, I think I said it was covered in ants, not dirty I remember dancing an irish jig because if I stood in one place for more than a half a second, ants were crawling up my legs and northward

Glad to hear the temps are good now, If you look in that picture of the creek, there's a board and some rocks that divert more or less hot water to the pool, very little going to the pool now, gives it a chance to cool off some.

[QUOTE=sirhk100;15762451]Who was it that said that hot spring pool was dirty and too hot? It was absolutely perfect temp!!!! Ask me how I know...

The warm spring creek that feeds the pool.

Nevermind looks like you can only have 5 characters on those plates.
