Our damn power bill was like 225 last month. The highest of bad ever been was 160 before that.

It's all danis sisters fault. The casita has like no insulation and her AC has to run constantly to keep it cooled or heated. Sucks. I hate roommates.

Does she clean and pay rent on time? If so, I'll rent a room to her...

They even piled rocks under it to make it make more sense! LOL

That's one of the smaller sculptures out there. The dragon one is MASSIVE!!!

Last year Merrick got some tools and seats for his Jeep, Andy got a grinder, I got my bypass shocks and some other stuff. Years previous I've gotten seats, shocks, sway bars, fuel cell systems, GPS, radios, etc...

Pomona for sure. I was a vendor there several times, open to vendors on Saturday and the public on Sunday. I always sold everything on Saturday to other vendors and I never had anything to sell to the public on Sunday. Well worth the time to get rid of the junk. I don't know what the vendor fee is now, but several years ago it was $35 for non Cali residents.

When I'm actually in my house I usually kick it down to 76-77ish. That's where I'm comfy, has nothing to do with the cost of power bills. But unlike some of you, I actually do work when I'm at home rather then watching kids or tv so I'm not in the house that much. LOL Now if I could just be more like you guys and actually use my ish...

Finishing up the main structure of my sliders today after work! Will have to wait a bit on the top plate work but at least I'll have the protection. I may get it out for a quicky test session later on tonight even.

At 76-77 I would be sweating and uncomfortable inside . And I always work outside for a few hours when I get home tinkering on the Jeep or yard/house stuff......BUT I get to go jump in my neighbors pool everyday after I work up a sweat so that is awesome!!

Use your swamp cooler inside if you can. My buddy uses it and his bill is half what mine is, and his house is twice the size of mine.

Well, sounds like that's a bummer for you Garza cause 76-77 is where I'm comfy and it's cheaper then 74 I'm sure so I won't complain one bit... LOL The thermostat here in my work is set usually at 77-78 all day long. I could kick it to 70 if I wanted but it would probably piss people off if I was sitting around with a hoodie on in the summer!

And "typically" when I'm done working, I go to bed cause it's that late. LOL I usually try to walk in about 30 minutes or so before that though and kick the temp down to where I'm comfy.

I don't have a pool hookup but I survive fine without it so all good in da hood...

So I guess telling you I wheel (even on the night runs) with the AC (half doors and bikini top) on blast would sound weird?

I keep work at 72, (one of the most import machines at work has to remain cool) and no I don't pay that bill........but I look at my Electric bill a lot like I look at gas prices.........I'm not going to be uncomfortable in my own home so charge me whatever........AND I'm not walking, I choose to drive vehicles with crappy MPG, so gas is what it is. I usually don't even look at the prices at the station when I go fill up, what am I going to do, leave and go somewhere else to save 5c.
