without the belt on put 12v at the clutch and see if you can spin the compressor by hand. Either way I hope that it is returnable.

It was missing two very important things for me to even consider it. It has to be 4WD and it has to be extended cab.

Does anyone remotely have the possibility/ability to join us on the rubicon next month? My dad is making noises like he is trying to back out on me. The wiffle doesn't want the babies on the trail, so she won't go. Anyone?

I would really like to, it is on my bucket list even. My problem is that I'm quitting my job in lieu of another, and if that job doesn't work out I'm going to school full time and finishing my degree ASAP. In other words the timing just isn't right for me.

I would like to go, but with the wife's mid tour being the month after wards I do not see how I could squeeze it in. Though I am happy that we were able to get her ticket home for under a grand.

Its my second one from them. I think the clutch needs to be broken in or something. I had the clutch go in and out by putting 12 volts to it. Then I started it and it made noise for a few seconds and went away. Then I hooked it up to the normal source and it was fine. I drove it around and all good. Shut it off to fix my rear brakes and went to drive it again and it squeals so I dunno its annoying.
On the bright side I found the clunk noise to be a broken spring on my passenger side rear brakes. Out with one noise and in with another....

Power let me know when you want me to drop off the driveshaft

What are the dates you're planning on doing the trail? It's something I've always wanted to do but it would all come down to how much time I would have to take off work. This is a bad time of year for me to take time off.

It would likely be the 20-22 or 21-23.

No way on the rubicon for me. I've only got one day of vacation for 2013 not spoken for right now and well, as of a few hours ago, it may be taken. But either way, 1 day isn't enough even if I used it to make it a 3 day weekend.

Unfortuntely mid week wouldn't work for me. Over a holiday weekend would be ideal.

The willy's would look good if it was lowered a good 12" or so. God is it way too high.
