No, cathedral rock is still in Kyle canyon. they closed down south loop trail because if the fire.

Not all of it. It was actually started to thunder and rain when we were sitting at the top. Some is smoke thiugh

Well the fire has officially entered Kyle Canyon. 100-200ft flames at the summit. Made the trees look like grass next to a camp fire. I would not be surprised if they did a full evacuation of the canyon. I passeda bunch of patrol cops...even motorcycle cops

THAT sucks big time! There's nothing to slow it down. If the wind picks up, they'll be screwed! I bet the pot farmers are outright PISSED!

Yeah I shot the crap with one of the cops blocking off the road. Looks like he will have a pretty long night.


I like the fact that they now officially said that they have the fire zero percent contained.
