I never do either. Last time I had it ran was when I bought my house. My bank just ran it again cause I'm attempting to refi the house to get it from a FHA loan to a conventional and also am hoping to get the PMI to drop off it as well. I ran by the bank on my lunch and they're fine with the numbers and report but I'm looking into this one issue.

Just contacted Comcast which is the company I supposedly have a past due account with and they don't have a matching name and SSN on file for me so that's an obvious issue there. I'm waiting to hear back from the collections agency that reported it to my creditor. And I'm about to contact the one bureau that has me at 690. That was a typo in the last one, I meant it to be a 690, not 619 but either way, it should not be that low, it should be in the high 7's or low 8's like the others. LOL, I'm not BS'ing when I say I'm pretty legit with my finances and have the credit scores to show, well, when someone's not trying to get me to pay for their internet service. LOL

Was at the local corner store picking up something to drink. Guy in front of me was buying condoms. The girl at the counter asked if he wanted a bag. He said "No, she isn't that ugly."

I couldn't help but laugh.

I guess that I should check my credit scores one of these days. The last time that I checked everything was dandy, but that was a few years back.

Just incase you guys did not know... it is freaking hot out there.

We had sexual harrassment class here at work like 2 weeks ago right. Well the GM just came in with ice cream bars and asked if I wanted Fudge or Fruit? I asked him I'll take the fudge and asked if this was some sort of gay proposition and then told him he was looking extra sexy today. He just laughed and walked away.

We are doing the same thing right now.. I hope you aren't going through Chase. With the way we are being treated and all of the sudden "surprises" I will NEVER take my business to them again and will be canceling our bank account through them as well. It pisses me off that we have excellent credit, have never paid late on anything including both our home and condo mortgages and they are treating us like we are criminals; We didn't have this much problem buying the house or the condo or with any of our other 3-4 financial institutions. CHASE SUCKS. :rant off:

Don't feel bad, my mortgage company just started charging a $7.50 fee for online payments. I am on my third mortgage with that company over 11 years and I just sent them my first check ever.

So my Jeep is in the shop. Got a check engine light and rough idle just as I was needing to smog and register it. Took it to the mechanic I have been using for years and the error code was for a misfire. He replaced the ignition coil and I took it in for smog and it passed. Right after that the check engine light came on again and still had a rough idle issue. Took it back to my mechanic who said the new coil was bad and installed a second one. Seems the issue remains and the coil may not be the culprit. Any thoughts?

BTW. The mechanic is solid and not trying to dick me over.

Wells Fargo. It's been all email and phone so far until my lunch break today when I turned in the signed docs they emailed me. They said I'll be contacted by an appraiser next week to schedule that. So far it's been very easy and the lady I've dealt with has been friendly for sure. My house payment is already dirt cheap but if I can knock off the PMI why not right? I'm kicking myself for procrastinating this though! I should've done this 2 months ago when I first thought about it when rates were insanely low. They've sky rocketed in the past 2 weeks literally and that sucks but either way, money in my pocket is money in my pocket. Basically the projected savings will cover my outta pocket for the appraisal in 6 months and the refi fees would break even in 2 years. Now granted, the extra money I'm saving isn't going into my pocket. I'll still write the check every month for the same amount I would with or without this refi. It just means that extra bit is going towards my principle. I'm really really really trying to have this house paid off by the time I'm 45 which should be easily doable with my current life situation so as long as things don't go downhill or I don't find a stupid money hungry chick I'm looking decent. Heck, if I didn't have this stupid go fast hobby I'd probably knock this house out by the time I was 40... I think I could honestly pay this house off in 3-4 years if I ditched my hobby and really adjusted my life. But I figure I can keep having fun and still have it done by 45'ish so why kill myself over it. That's still better then most of America. 100% debt free at age 45! If I could sell my Az. house by then it would just be icing on the cake to be out from under that! Figure from 45-65... That's 20 years to invest for retirement with a full paycheck in my pocket.

LOL, I pay 100% of my bills with a check, envelope and stamp. I've never in my life done online payments or auto withdrawls. Actually that's a lie, I had a gym membership that did an auto withdrawl and that's absolutely 100% the last time I will EVER let anyone else's fingers in my personal accounts. Well, other then the IRS. They obviously will do whatever the hell they want if they want to. Whom I gonna shoot? The person on the phone that puts me on hold? LOL

I gotta hit mcfaddendale for some fine thread 9/16" stover nuts, then Butch's speed shop for some bushings, then I'm probably heading home to kick the cooler on in the garage but... PT's happy hour is tempting rather then straight home from the errands... Hmmmm... One drink won't kill me right?

I put my dog outside during the day typically. Well yesterday I got home and well... Forgot to close the doggy door so he was chilling in the house. He lost those privledges though like 6 months ago when he shredded my pool table cover and 2 of the pockets. Well, yesterday he did no damage so being 8 bajillion degrees I decided to try it again today. I'm a little nervous to go home but at the same time I don't know if I should leave him in there more then I need to either. LOL
