If they call for surgery, see dr patti! He did my shoulder surgery, and he is awesome! Very little scarring, and it's better than before!

If you need surgery, you'll be out for 2-3 months! Was it work related? Workers comp?

Long term disability insurance, that's what it's for. Tough luck puck I hope it isn't anything serious you've seem to have gotten the short end of the stick lately.
I've luckily never had any shoulder issues I've heard terrible stories about them. I blew my knee out a few times (multiple times due to sub par surgery).
I remember my doctor saying,"good news a 22yo tendon has just become available".

Your employer will cover the medical part, and when it's all done, you'll be rated for disability. At that point, you will receive a settlement depending on your disability percentage. You will also receive 66 2/3% of your salary from the workers comp insurance. It's not hopeless, but it does suck! Shoulder surgery isn't fun! Mine was a small tear in the labrum, and was easily repaired. Rotator cuffs can be simple or complete, open surgical repair. Dr patti did mine with only four 1/4" incisions! You can request the dr of your choice, it's NV law!
