what happened, did something arc on all of that pb blaster and cause a small fire?


This weekend was the perfect garage weekend. I wish that I could have gotten out of the house more... but having a sick kid sucks.

Nope. I didnt use enough pb blaster. Multiple bolts broken. This ***** is fighting us every step. I hope this gets done tomorrow.

The final mounting idea had only just hatched from our brains when I left. I wanna see what you guys ended up doing.

The bumper came out wonderful here are some pics. Yeah we came up with the idea and after you left we decided to keep it and weld the plate on it.

And thanks to andy and puck we found the cause of my DW... my trackbar at the frame (soda can) is moving up and down. I tried tightening it more but it wouldnt tighten more, so I'm off to find the best trackbar to replace the stock one with.

Khris just welded and created the mounts. The bumper is actually from a TJ.
