May be worth a call for someplace local you can just go get your parts.

As far as rubber vs. other stuff... Not sure man. I'd try and keep the rubber minimal for dry rot and splitting reasons more then getting tugged and pulled on reasons.
Thanks for the heads up. Like i said NHoH wanted freakin 8.67 per foot of braided hose.

I am not looking to run hard lines or anything, ans I will be sticking with SOME type of hose, its just whether I go with some fancy pantsy braided stainless crap, or just some fuel injection hose or something.

Uhhhh, the hose I run INSIDE the fuel cells, $24 a foot. Luckily, a foot is all that's needed. Stop your whining! LOL

I think I paid over $100 for the supply fuel line on my yota but it was worth it to me knowing it had the right screw on ends to work with all the factory fittings at both fuel cell and engine sides.

hahaha. I bought a thing of like 2" fuel filler hose, i got 14" of it or something from NHoH. Its for like gas tanks on Semi's. Crap was $20something a foot too haha.

Anyway, just spoke with your boys at all hose. They told me if its just for a return line just use his standard black fuel hose. Said it wont rot out or crack or anything.

but still....$3-5 bucks a foot I am going to need like 15'!!

Huh, interesting to know... I used it for my supply and return on my toyota with hose clamps for probably 5 years without issue until I put the latest fuel cell in and had to get longer lines. That's when I finally stepped up to a real hose with a real fitting.

It's just what I read, and what the allhose dude told me. Beats me, I'm not the 'hose' expert here haha.

Khris,

Did you know that you're not supposed to weld stuff cleaned with brake cleaner?

Yeah, it does. Phosgene. bad bad bad! Literally a teeny puff of smoke can be fatal. If you survive, it totally messes up your body. Eek!
