BTW, it's sarcasm if you haven't picked it up. I could care less if I had a one of one anything, it would get driven and used. I'm not a believer in museum pieces when it comes to anything mechanical. There's absolutely no historical interest or relevance to me. Use it no matter what it is imo! Cut it up, build it up, make it better, have fun. I love the fact that things like the NORRA 1000 exist where people are taking the old historic cars and racing them! If they wreck them, so be it... They're out there rebuilding them to their glory and then running them! It's rad to see cars like James Garner's old Cutless and Swoops old Blazer and the big oly bronco being ran and getting the crap kicked out of them rather then sitting in a corner of some collectors garage.

If I bought that, I'd probably pull the drivetrain out and put it in something more fun to be honest. Then again, if I bought that I probably would be in a different class, probably not living in Vegas, probably not doing a lot of the things I do.
Well, my '79 Trans Am would more than likely have a 2013 C6 LS7......and I would drive it every day

I was being sarcastic as well and don't worry about me getting butt hurt about anything. I'm ok with people racing, chopping, whatevering with their own cars. There is just something wrong about someone taking a one of a kind (desirable historically significant car) and trashing it. Vintage racing is way cool, I would do it if I had the time and coin. I will continue to live vicariously through Khris for the time being.

What's funny is I don't see anything wrong with it. It's just a car and nothing more to me. That goes for just about anything mechanical... You'd be hard pressed to find me any car on earth that is so precious that I don't think it should be driven and used. Obviously there's a cost factor in that but for instance, if my name was sir richard branson, car people would HATE me cause anything would be fair game in my world.

I guess I'm a little bit of a historian. I have the same problem with old historic buildings. At the same time I'm not about to tell someone how to spend their money or how they use the possessions. That is why I like wheeling with puck. It always balls to the wall or F it. Guy doesn't have a care in the world when he is in his jeep.

To me, cars are meant to be driven, buildings are meant to stand and art is meant to be looked at. So drive the cars, let the buildings stand and appreciate the art.

What are those? I don't cook!!! And speaking of that, it's getting to be time for the hardest decision of the day... What's for lunch! I typically work thru dinner so that's a decision I don't have to deal with but lunch, crap, it's a butt kicker for me typically for some reason! Seems like I usually end up at faustos for mexican or panda for quick cheap chinese'ish food.

Groceries are what you call Mountain Dew. And the grocery store is that place you go to buy Mountain Dew but ignor all those other colorful boxes and bottles on the shelf.

That product is "typically" brought to my house by guests. If not brought which a majority of the time it is, it is purchased at this mythical place called 7/11. There is one on the corner of Mtn. Vista and Tropicana if you have never heard of this facility. I believe it is considered a casino, they have slot machines and this evil substance called slurpee.
