Brand spanking new. I plugged it in for the first time at his house. He got an old one off a friend that did not work and they warrantied it for him.

Ahh....the joys of having a JKUR, and the vast expanses of room in the back for cool stuff! That's pretty darn cool(no pun intended.) Im sure you'll get lots of use out of that. Much more usage than you would out of a winch, currently. Good buy on that one! That would do well in my work van for my lunch!

haha, now I just need to build a pull out shelf for it. Saved me $300 + . I am going to have to run a dedicated power wired to the back though. I am guessing a 10g wire would work good.

I want to go camping here soon. Still a little too cold up in the mountains for the kids right now though.

That's the first thing I'm going to do if I ever decide I don't hate my jeep and get it put back together.

You spend all that money and now you don't want to finish it? Come on now just think you could be done before power!

That will never work! You don't have your wife there to decide where to put your fuse block!

It'll never be "done"

All you fools want to come over and help me get that heavy sumbatch up under the truck?

I'm not looking forward to that day.

All my tie rod stuff will be here tomorrow/tonight and i'll have everything i need.

Easier? No. I have to drive to my office which is 20 miles each way, thats 2 gallons of gas eash way, thats $8 each way, thats $16.00

It literally costs me 16 dollars to go get my camper and bring it home to load it up.

then after i take it home and unload it i have to drive it back to work.

So, every time i want to take a trip it costs me $32.00 to just GET and RETURN the camper.

Which while towing gets me even worse fuel economy.

not to mention i cant get the power in the camper to work, nor the heater, and the brakes don't work either. so....at this point i need to dive into that as well.

One thing that I have learned over the years is to not sweat the small stuff. Just do what you can one day at a time. Maybe it would be better if you came to hooters first before going out to dinner!!
