Side note: I just got home from UMC. My guy is doing okay. They are slowly taking him off the sedation meds. He can hear us. He nodded at his Dad, squeezed my hand, and opened his eyes for a second for his girlfriend. They are going to try to take him off the ventilator tomorrow. He is still considered critical but is doing okay. He is very sick but we should know a lot more tomorrow.

Wish I had snapped a picture of it...there was a guy on Russell and nellis with a dual axle trailer with a fork lift on it. The trailer snapped in half just in front of the axles. The tires were off the ground and he was going nowhere! A lesson in not overloading your trailer and weight distribution! Lol

No clue, just a great picture I came across. For that thing to clear the trailer gap and end up on top of the hauler... He had to have been moving and basically launch the ramps I'd think? And yes, was a nice looking banshee it looks like.

So.... Crossing my fingers!!! Cut a hole tonight where there shouldn't be one, fix what I hope is the issue, patch the hole back up, drive new expo on the road!!!! I actually think I'll work on the alignment some too if the hole/fix operation doesn't take more then 2-3 hours... I want to try and get my steering wheel centered and get my toe adjustment back.

I will later tonight or in the morning after the carnage...

I'm also changing my "want list"...

Mega Runner was put on the Danzio Dyno for a tune yesterday after installing the Patton Racing motor. The engine is a 568 cubic inch all aluminum fuel injected monster. The power to the ground was 20 HP and 87 ft lbs higher than the Wide Open red pre-runner with the same size motor. The main differences are carb versus fuel injection and electric versus mechanical fans. The Mega Runner also has a newer head design and longer intake runners. The red Wide Open pre-runner Patton Racing motor came in at 700 HP and 710 ft lbs torque on the engine dyno. Those small changes result in much higher power to the ground between the two trucks on the chassis dyno. The Mega-runner is now super tuned in every aspect and ready for the dirt but it won't be with me since the truck is on the market. she holds 106 gallons of Pemex in two Fuel Safe tanks. The tanks are switchable from inside the truck which is takes a special switch with fuel injection. It has a 400+ mile range. If one town is out of fuel, no problem just drive on to the next town. The Mega Runner has an all aluminum motor so a little less weight there. It is a four door with four seats, it holds 32 gallons more fuel and rides on 39" BFG's so a little more weight there. I think the extra 20 HP and 87 ft lbs torque make up for it no problem. The Mega Runner accelerates faster and can do a mean burnout on a rolling start on pavement.

This is the same truck about 3 years ago, the picture above is current, it's continuously been improved...

My honest guess, half a mil... Not being a smartass or joking at all either. Figure a legit trophy truck will set you back $300-400K and then add suade interior, a/c and heater, sound system, all the electronics, power everything and all the luxury of basically your typical benz or bmw and I'm sure it's in the half million range if not more. The same guy owns a red one that gets USED, it's a really nice truck too but it's like a work horse, this one is more of a show piece it seems like for the owner.

Just about gave someone a grabber donut on their nice white SUV. I love when people just go instead of looking first to see if there is someone next to them. The grabbers do howl like a MFer when locked up.

I almost let someone rear end me the other day while I was driving up the road. But the kids were in the car and the wife would have flipped out if she found out that I could have avoided the situation.

My initial thought was that he would just slide under my bumper and let my receiver crinkle his hood up. Then just keep on going like I did not know. All that I will say is that I could barely see is roof while we were driving down 95.

i wish my tires stuck out past my body.

I'd just end up with wrinkled body panels.
