son. of. a. *****.

I just dropped $300 i dont have on the last parts, or so i thought, i needed to do my front axle swap.

NOPE. brake hoses. Okay, well, 2 12 dollars hoses isnt so bad.

55 bucks each, locally.

Are you effing kidding me?! WTF WORLD WTF!

I can get a set of freaking stainless steel lines for a 2-5" lift for less than that.

does this look like $1,050 to you?

Because that's where I'm at with the axle, 3 u joints, 6 ball joints, brake cleaner, spray paint, spindle bearings, grease seals, rotors, wheel studs, calipers, pads, brake hoses, 4 tie rod ends, warn hubs, gear oil, bearing grease, wheels, hub caps, and tire mounting.

what in gods name is wrong with me. How did i convince myself that would be better/cheaper than rebuilding and converting to discs on my D30?

Hey power, my project tomorrow night... I'm gonna dedicate it to you! It'll involve cutting holes in a spot that there really should never be one! LOL Wait till you see what I do tomorrow night! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA, I think it'll fit in the unorthodox file cabinet.

Hey marn, I've got 2 ford 9" axles on my property, one is a 35 spline, one is a 31 spline, both have spools, both have high end nodular 3rd members, both have disc brakes, both are currie housings, both have currie axles, both are trussed, and both are only $300 more then where you're at right now. Just saying...
