Wouldn't be comptitive in the class it would have to race (If I ever raced it, no intention to but would build to pass tech inspection at the very least). Would be a fun ride and hardly any money out of my pocket to make it happen.
We all know the real reason you don't want to do it. You don't want to spend the next year out in the garage. Burned out on building as they say!

Okay, my curiousness got the better of me and I clicked "show post" for all this *******es posts.

Hamlet, in 1984 alone, over 20,000 Grand Wagoneers were made. They are not as rare as you think. Nobody here is going to drive to ****ing KANSAS to pick up a ****ing Jeep that we could pick up locally. Shut the **** up and go away you pathetic little boy.

So that T100 project would probably end up costing me about $5000 to have something faster, smoother, and just as strong/solid as what I built Jason. That's actually the hesitation. Do I really want to throw $5K into a year long project. My dilemma is if I'm remotely considering this, I need to stop even thinking about pimping out the interior on my truck.

And Kansas, you're clueless. Let us know when you're coming to Vegas so we can meet face to face...

5K over the course of a year is a little over $400 a month. Granted some months will be more and others less but in the end, you have a nice truck that if wanted you could race.

Furthermore, you get the added benefit that if you do decide to race it, you don't feel like **** about it because Jason is out of town.

The Grand Wagoneer line ended in 1991. Sorry, you loose again. Basically what you found was a ZJ with wood panels.

How about we settle it out in the desert? Next to one of those holes that you mentioned earlier? Or are you too scared?

The sad part is that she is either talking to him or his Dad. Inbreeding, you know.

the problem with that is I've been tossing out an extra $500 to my house payment every month and have made it 5 months in a row (making 5th payment tonight) and I'd really like to keep it up. I should have my house paid in full in less then 10 years if I can keep at it. Rent my room and I'll consider actually taking the plunge. That just means though, your ranger is then a year out from even getting started! LOL
