i'll just say I got a smoking deal on them!!!!
Between my tax return and a bunch of OT, they drained the accounts, save for about $2-3k for a cushion that won't get dipped into unless its an emergency.(does the lift qualify as an emergency? Rofl)
I should have enough tomorrow to do the SYE and maybe driveshafts too. I've got my play money budgeted so that anything over my standard 40hr pay goes toward the project. Tht way, I don't stretch us too thin for bills and food. It will just go slow is all.
I'm very pleased with how they look. I'm hoping to get them in this weekend....

Nope, she's staying for sure now! For about 1/4 the cost of a new one, mine will be far more capable and much more reliable...and I can work on it too! Not so much computer controlled crap!

Of course, add in the cost of original purchase, and we're closer to 3/4 of the cost of a new one. Even still, I would have lost at least $5k on a trade/sell, then have payments with interest on around $25k, and then would have had to do the lift and other upgrades as well. This way makes much more sense!
If I need more room for the girls, I'll invest in a roof rack and strap the baby seats to the bars...I'm sure they'll enjoy the open air and view! Lol

Make them into a cannon!? Yard art? "***** be good sticks?" Boat anchors? Ramming sticks? There are about a million uses if you think outside the box!

So, yeah... I thought you weren't putting in the axles until you got the lift... I'm out of town this weekend. Headed to Utah. And what do you have planned for the lift? A kit or are you going to do it yourself?
