I forgot too, now that I look at that picture some more. I even had a spacer lifting the notcher up about 6" of the table on the drill press even to get more height out of it. If you look, the notcher isn't even sitting square with the spacer piece. LOL That was sketchy at best...

"yo dog, I heard you needed to lift your drill press to fit a tube in to notch it so we made a lift to lift the press and lifted the notcher with a lift to get the lift you needed."

1990 honda CRX HF. Get one for $1000, when it starts being annoying and having issues, donate it for the tax write off and buy another. I'm going to DD my expo for at least 6 months, then evaluate my gas consumption bill and see if I should go that route myself too. LOL

I've got a 96 corolla with a 1.6 and a 5 speed. Ill keep track of my mileage some time and post them up. A full fill up that's last over a week for me is $25. In my truck it's $102.

Whenever i lose this job or leave or whatever I'm kinda leaning towards a mini-truck, my ranger gets something like 26 or 27 highway. Plus its useful.

plus i dont have to drive anybody anywhere because it only fits 1 other person

My truck has a 37 gallon tank and get 12mpg my jeep gets 15 but I'm going to be commuting to SOCAL and I did the math in my truck I'm going to be paying around a grand a month for fuel and I won't drive the jeep. So I need to come up with something. I'm thinking new just because reliability and warranty. I'm going to be doing about 600 miles a week. So something kind of cheap (under 20,000) with good mpg that I can drive until it dies and not really care about.

My Toyota has a ton of miles but I would drive it anywhere. The a/c still works and the only thing I've had to do was a clutch. But as a 600 mi. A week car probably not the best choice. You could do it but not comfortably. I swear the cabin noise is worse then most wranglers.

Like Khris said, get the Honda CRX. Way cheap to fix if it dies, super light, mid to high 30's for mpg.

Or any Honda Civic for that matter.

New diesels kinda scare me. With all the emissions crap on them makes them sketchy. Most of the horror stories I've heard are with trucks, but I'm sure cars are having the same turbo and exhaust problems.
