I remember watching a show about grow houses. They used something to run the lights. It cut down alot on the electrical cost. Doubt it would work for a welder giving it more power unno. To bad the washer or dryer wasn't close to his garage.

If you do, just be super steady handed and careful!

Oh man, that's tempting which would be obvious since I'm typically paid for labor in soda... LOL Some people drink alcohol, do drugs, smoke Cigs... I drink soda... I don't know where I'd put it though is the issue. How large of space is needed. Does it come with CO2 bottle and it just needs filled or you mean I'd need to go source an actual bottle myself?

Nope! Not unless you call nv energy and have them shut your house down! There's no way to kill your main box from your POV. Nv energy would have to do it. You can work with it live, just have to be careful and steady. We did it at my old house for the spa. It was tense for me, I hate electricity!

You would need a bottle, but if your welder runs on co2, we could plumb off of that. As far as room, it depends on how many flavors. We could probably get it in the space of a couple ice chests under a bench.

Yeah, the speed difference and you factor in the 6000 pounds at twice the speed of that 2000-2500ish pounds i'm guessing. That impact would be insane when you factor in the weight differences along with the speed! I'd poop my pants getting passed like that if I didn't see him in the mirror which there's a chance that could've been the case depending what he was doing.

I figured out where that other ballast is at. It's on my friends truck! One of his died so I loaned it to him. Forgot about that loan though so I texted him asking to get it back. Once I get it I'll get you that HID setup to try out and see if you like it.

I'm actually sorta kinda interested in this whole soda thing. I'm not running CO2 on my welder but I'd imagine a small bottle wouldn't be too much. Is it something we could setup to work with that little fridge in my garage? Maybe actually have the whole setup up there on that shelf with the fridge?
