Are they functional? I like the look of an upgraded hood but if it doesn't benefit the car in any way other then aesthetics I don't like it. Just seems kinda ******y to me. I know the company doesn't focus to much on performance but that is how I see it. I think it looks better then some other jeep hoods I've seen.

I'm really surprised the site edited a female cleansing product. Who knew.

The rears are open like any other cowl induction hood for a car on the center and also the both sides. You can kinda see the hood color showing thru. If the owner wants to cut their hood, that's up to them...

Agreed, I like them. I would like to see more functionality in them though(bigger holes) and too bad I would have to ixnay my mojave sticker to use one! I've been considering some kind of front facing hood scoop, but don't want to lose my sticker either. I like the idea of them being functional(to remove heat, not grab air for intake like old school) I've been also considering the tube fenders with vents and installing small fans to draw heat out through the sides!

got a closer look at the hoods on the computer. I dont like the mounting holes in them! they would be FAR more appealing if the way of mounting them was concealed. Use bonded in studs underneath, that way no fasteners are visible from exterior view. The installer would still be drilling holes in the hood, but the scoop would cover the holes and give a much more finished appearance. have it held on with nuts and lock washers from the under hood side. I would consider one, but then id have to replace my decal.

You could also shorten the scoops front and rear! shorten the rear to clear the hood mounted hi lift jack bracket. shorten the front to clear my sticker. lol

(sorry dave, dont look at this picture!)

I know this was super stupid, but I had to get this picture for my uncle, who insisted that there's no way my jeep could go faster than 80 mph! he and my mom had been arguing about it for a couple years now. we were coming back from texas and were running 95 mph in the snow, and my mom had told him about it. He called bullshish! My mom got all pissed off over it, and they've been arguing back and forth over it. this solved it! Plus, the jeep will never see that needle there ever again, so I had to document it, and post the evidence of my law breaking.

We're leaning towards them showing intentionally and supplying rivets rather then bolts.

No, but my wife should be. You need to take measurements or take a look? I can leave it open for you.
