I use USAA and a few years back I found a charge at a Walmart in Atlanta for exactly $1000.00. Knowing I've never been there I called USAA they had the money back in my account by the next morning.

Most of the guys here work on their own rigs (can't afford to pay other people to do it) and are very willing to help. Don't be a stranger and have thick skin, it gets fun in here sometimes.
Thanks! Work requires a thick skin and I'm highly skilled in sarcasm!!

I got a call from the bank while I was out front picking weeds. The money will be back in my account by close of business. It might already be there, I haven't checked yet. The bank actually made it really easy.

That is strange that they did not give you a new account... what is stopping the people from just using the card again? I have only had fraud stuff on my actual credit card and they always created a new account with new cards.

I had actually just ordered a new card. It came in the mail a couple of days before the fraudulent charges took place. The old card wasn't yet deactivated and that is the one that they cloned.

I do the same, the mrs had her account jacked after using it at a corner store, I believe they went to Kohls, shopped at Wallmart online, they didn't waste any time for sure, but she got her money back at least.

Another time, she left her purse in the backseat well someone bashed the window and stole it... and she had to put a freeze on EVERYTHING credit bureaus, etc. Found out the vermin like to sit in parking lots and watch for womens going into the store WITHOUT their purse, then they know where it is.
