I have a paracord bracelet that was made by an American in Germany. Does that count? It is more traveled than most of the people that I know.

Yeah, it tells me that you are not allowed to "borrow" it anymore.

I guess I'm outta touch but are all the paracord things like the modern version of hemp bracelets cause honestly it all reminds me of the hippies from my college with dreadlocks listening to joplin and the dead sitting around weaving random stuff. You guys need more beads.

It is more of a survivalist type thing. Most of the bracelets and what not you can get a good 10-15 ft of 500lb paracord out of it. The lengths go up from there. The uses of paracord in a survival type situation are endless.

I was almost late to work this morning because of that damn channel!
I watched that whole video waiting for the kid to lose an eye or something. Very disappointed. Haha

I've got a question for you guys. I've been working out fairly hard for about 2 months and I'm feeling pretty good and lost a few lbs. I've been thinking of ways to intensify my routine and was considering crossfit. Has anyone had any experience with the program or recommend one place over another?

Crossfit is pretty awesome. Main advantage over something like p90x which is very similar is the motivation factor. You can't slack or cheat when you think everyone is watching. Not to me took when you're standing next to a 55 year old woman who is out working you. Downside is it is very expensive. If you are super motivated and intense all on your own, you can do the same thing for less money. The whole key is regimented very short rest periods coupled with high intensity and changing the routine very often to shock and confuse the muscles. What not to do: go to the gym Monday thru Friday always doing chest and tris on Monday and starting with flat bench etc and keeping the same routine all the time. That's what I do which is why I never make significant gains. Oh yeah, gotta eat right too.

Is there a reason for it or is it because of new owners?

For me, it is the new owners. I won't be renewing when my current membership expires.
