By the way, the dark rivets are my paint rendition showing Jason how I'd lay out additional ones to what they already had included which is why they aren't perfect... Just point out the obvious in case it's not.

If its a rifle it was never registered in the first place.


If its a handgun, it is the responsibility of the new owner to get it registered (though many sellers will make sure the buyer registers it). When it gets registered in their name it is essentially taken out of yours.

and there's no bill of sale required either.

However, if it wasnt re-registered, it's still technically in your name.

So, unless its somebody i know, I watch them register the handgun (Ask raptor about that!) and still do a bill of sale.

Weird, I sold all my guns to some guy named Jason. His wife Sophie actually paid for them though.
