When I left around 1130ish, the line was just as long as in the pic taken at 830! It was a madhouse! Channel 8 was there doing a story about it. They stopped a guy with a hand cart and like 5000rds on it. The reporter asked, "so is all this for a semi automatic?" And the guy was like "no, no not all of this..." That's the problem! Ignorant reporters reporting to the ignorant public! It's a shame.

WOW, how far did that line go to the right of that picture? All the way to the noen boneyard? Just curious, what was 7.62 39 ammo going for $? It's been a long time since I've had to buy any.

I appreciate you posting that pic, Powr, you helped me decide not to go anywhere near there. I was contemplating going down tomorrow with the wife, but that will be a negative. What a mess.

It was terrible! I don't know what 7.62 prices were like, sorry. I don't shoot it. Ammo prices seemed decent. Got 1000rds 9mm for 215

Well the kid did good today with ski school. I was able to do some mall crawling in the parking lot too. It started to snow pretty good right before we headed down. As usual there was a crap load of people at the meadow leaving trash and broken snow sleds everywhere.

It is built pretty stout. Some wind noise, but nothing too bad.

Hello All,

I just moved to North Las Vegas from San Diego and thought I would stop by and introduce myself. In addition to Jeep stuff, I am also an avid shooter and i'm into camping as well. I'm looking forward to running some trails up here!

^^^^^^ Is that the squeeze in borrego? Fun trail and good drop right after it into the canyons for sure! Welcome to Vegas, I'm originally from san diego myself as well.

Welcome to the board.

Marn, I just took the little one skiing yesterday. But I would say that I do spend a good amount of time up at altitude. I just live so close that it makes it easy for me. From my house I can be on Kyle Canyon road without hitting a single stoplight. We generally use our little drives as nap time for the kids too, so they serve two purposes.

It sure is "the squeeze". I agree, it is a great trail.
