Took over 8 hours to get home from California last night. The drive normally takes just over 5. We ended up going through Needles. I couldn't handle stop and go from Barstow to Vegas.

My sister flew in from SLC last night. I was supposed to pick her up at 7:30. Her flight didn't get in until 1am. I woke up for work at 4:30. I'm in zombie mode now. I did however finish reading the first Ian Fleming bond book. It was pretty good. Makes the early bond movies seem very cheesy. The books are much darker.

she was supposed to fly out last night... but her secondary flight got canceled and they automatically rescheduled it for 2 days later. Which would have left her in Cleveland for 2 days. If only I could have gotten her on that plane I would be free.

That's pretty rough man. Time to spend a little more time out and about.

If anybody is looking, centerfire systems has glock and AR mags in at normal prices.

They have the korean glock mags (17, 15, and 33 rounders). From my knowledge these all have great reviews.

So before xmas is picked up this big bear 4x4 for 250 bucks. It was sitting the the carb off of it for over a year. I bought it from a older guy that took it apart after it started to bog but once he got it apart didnt know what to do next. So i ordered a carb rebuild kit for it off ebay for 15 bucks. A air filter for 20 bucks and a new battery for 45 bucks. I threw it together and and started right up. Oil is brand new. And runs like a top. Finished it up today and took it out for a spin in the mountains by the house. Other then some flat spotted tires that make it shake a bit on the road its gonna be a hell of alot better then the little 110 china pos quad i sold for 320 bucks last week. So for 10 bucks i couldnt go wrong lol.

Cold down here in Ft. Payne AL today so we decided to drive over to Huntsville to see what was going on out there. Stopped by Larry's Pistol & Pawn to check out local prices, LOTS of AR's for sale here.. A SIG AR was $1009.99 and Mossberg for $980'ish. Bunch of others (colt, etc.) too but those were the two that I happened to be close enough to see the prices. It was nice to see the place packed, everyone being nice and polite, and they even took time to let me drool over a suppressed Mark III.
Black eyed peas and cornbread for supper and then off to check out the new FEMA supplied tornado shelter behind the house.
