Hey Khris, there are two 1993 Explorers on CL right now. The one you are looking at and another that has a rebuilt motor. They are both listed at the same price and were listed within 45 minutes of each other. Might be in your best interest to find out of they are one in the same.

I'm assuming you're talking about the one that Bunny is selling? If so, already called, it's not what I'm looking for. I've been looking literally everyday since early august on craigslist and this is the 2nd one I've seen that meets my exact "want". The other one popped up about a week or two ago but it was beyond hope and the seller was enough of a jerk that even if I did want it, I probably wouldn't have bought it just for spite.

There's also the dealer that's been trying to sell this one for as long as I've been looking. Back in August they wanted $4000 for it.

Can anyone explain the selling tactics they're using? I've seen MANY time this dealer post multiple adds for this expo at prices as much as $1000 different on the same day. Like look, here it is 4 days ago for $2000

http://lasvegas.craigslist.org/ctd/3462378128.html

And here's the same dealer, same vehicle for $3000 today and I can promise you within a few days he'll list it at $2500 and $2000 and $3000 again...

Anyone need a tow rig? I can semi vouch for it, I rode in it once and it's true that you get a lot of looks!

Cheap jeep anyone?

http://www.race-dezert.com/classifie...tails&id=37732

Andy!!!! Not saying go get this one but here you go... Look at the two youtube videos in this. Here's a TOTAL sleeper to give you an idea of how well a 4x4 TTB can run at speed. And you saw the flex picture of mine so try telling me it wouldn't wheel as well as any jeep out there???!!!! (btw, this is what I'm expecting mine to be a mini version of when all said and done)

I actually saw that when I was looking today. I was watching the video thinking that they both looked like they performed really well. I would love to own either of those!

Dang Garza - that's a shame you have to sell already, but completely understandable. Wish I could afford it & had the space to store it!
Good luck in your sell...

I don't have to sell, just really want to I'm cleared (w/wifey) to get a new tow rig if it does sell. My plan is to just rent a toy hauler for longer wheeling trips and/or rent an RV to tow my current car hauler. I've got a few bites so we'll see.

Hey guys wanted to see if i could stir up some support here for a event my work is having. We are having a car show on friday! The event is free to enter and for spectators the herbst will be there with their trophy truck also along with some of our venders. There will be raffle prizes and also selling gift cards to raise money for opportunity village. Would be great to have some more off road trucks to show support for a great cause. Some of the guys from Warmachines702 will be out parking on each others tires. Any questions please text me 379-2115

Speaking of RV rentals. Not sure if anyone is ever looking to go one way cross country but I found out about a cool deal a while back. Cruise America has their build facility in Phoenix. You can get one of their rentals going where ever for $12 a night and free mileage. You would just have to pay for gas.

On the flip side they have ones that go into AZ for a little bit more. I think I saw one leaving from Henderson with 5 allowed nights and 1000 free miles for $30 a night.

Not the best deals, but it does give people some cheaper options.
