Where you guys wanting to go on the 16th? I could probably be down for a short trip and some shooting. I think I'll just bring the 22 for some practice. It's cheaper than bigger caliber stuff and the concept transfers over..

Potato sounds good just as long as we don't have powr doing 40 on the way through Red Rock. I want to tool around on the other side of tater ridge anyways. Maybe take Lovell Summit road over to Trout Canyon then head back to the valley.

That is only if it is not like the trip to Logandale. I cannot stand that whole drive 30 yards then get out and bs for 20 minutes.

I'm a big fan of just driving. Unless we obviously need to wait to clear something..

There was just that much spotting going on. Don't get me wrong it was fun, but I generally tote around the kids. Getting the kids in/out and trying to keep them occupied when spotting and picking lines turns into a half hour bs session is not fun. We could literally see the trail head when we stopped to eat lunch.
