spent the day wrenching on something a bit different.

My buddy's 67 Sweptline. D200, camper special.

He wanted to lower it, so we started out by taking off the overload springs and removing the 2 smallest leafs from the spring packs. There were three springs that werent clamed into the packs, so we removed 2 of those. Dropped the back about 1.5" at the bumper.

Came out to sit pretty much 100% level now, which is better, front needs the same trearment though, the gap in the wheel wells up there is huge

I feel bad, being a camper special its somewhat rare...and its a D200 so its a freakin 3/4 ton with overload springs, and all he wants to do is get it lower and put 5 lugs on it. Dibs on the rear axle if he does!

What's it previously white? With a 318? I had one just like it a few years back.

Are you saying there's something wrong with that? Here's 2wd on 37's with 700hp... I wouldn't kick it out of the garage myself...

He jumped and landed safely. It appears as though he did break the speed of sound but did not have the longest free-fall. He has highest balloon flight and highest skydive.

Mach 1.24, highest manned balloon flight, highest skydive! Missed longest free fall.

I just spent the last hour tearing apart my garage looking for the one cap that I still have. I have no freaking clue where I put that damn thing. When it turns up, I will get it to you.
