While I did enjoy the trucks seats and I want a pair in my Jeep, those are butt ugly and I have to spend money elsewhere first. The suspension comes before the seats do. I have actually been considering selling my shotgun to help pay for the suspension but being that I got it from a friend that passed shortly after that, I am not entirely sure I want to.

Unbolt the flex plate from the torque converter. Push the TC rearward into the bell housing, and tilt the tailshaft down. It will leak from the tailshaft, but not from the TC(torque converter)!

And I really really hope tri flow is amazing at penetration as it is for every other use I've ever had with it. Get your mind outta the gutter!!! Friggen gross!!! Cause I REALLY don't want to cut the exhaust off this truck! I've got the bellhousing bolts, motor mounts and 3 exhaust bolts to undo and then the motor is ready to come out.

Oh... I'm almost embarrassed to ask this, since I don't have a smart phone to use and I'm sure there's NO info on google (LOL), but I've honestly just never done it and I despise auto transmissions so I tend to avoid them. But I can't remember from when I did my trans swap in my jeep, not to mention it was opposite of this since I pulled the trans, not the motor. But embarrassing question is... When pulling the motor... Do I leave the flex plate bolted to the torque convertor and let it slide off the transmission input shaft or do I unbolt the flex plate and the torque convertor stays in the bellhousing? Also, which ever way I do it, is it going to dump oil all over as soon as it comes apart? I know it's not a jeep but I would assume they're all roughly the same...
Unbolt the converter from the flex plate it comes out with the tranny. There is no way to unbolt the flex plate with the converter hooked up

Khris is just to easy to get going on the subject. Did you notice how I started it back up and just sat back and laughed all day at it.

If I had the time and money, the truck with the wooden box would be in my garage. I could just see it slammed to the ground, Cummins ticking away happily under the hood, bare frame rails behind the cab, dragging a fifth wheel. Rechrome the grill, paint the underpinnings black and clear over the rust on the rest of the body. Keep the interior looking the way it does with a comfortable bench seat and some A/C. It could be the coolest tow rig around! I hate seeing stuff like that because I envision stuff in my head but I don't have the money to make it happen.
