Cleghorn is pretty fun and there are bypasses for pretty much everything I think. It shoots you out around Silverwood Lake. It's right off the 15 North so it's easy to get to.

I would second the trail #3N16.
Start at Crabb Flats campground, and go down to the crossing then left up toward Holcomb Valley. O just start in Holcomb valley, and explore the trails so it does not get too technical.

Been doing Holcomb valley area the past few trips and have liked it alot. Gone shooting on 1N09 more than jeeping should try the rest of the trail one of these days. Anyone try holcomb creek trail? or is that the 3N16 that was mentioned? I was looking for something with a little bit of difficulty but not something nuts.

X2 on these and if you start early you can do both easy.

Dude 1N09 is a fire road...if your something alittle more challenging then you should run "Heart Bar" 1N38 you'll take hwy 38 to get to it ....or you could go up the 38 a little farther and take 2N04 "Bulky Horse Canyon" nice trail....if you run that to 2N01 you can take that to 2N61y "Heartbreak Ridge"...another nice trail.....but even better yet is that it'll take you to Pontiac Sluice 2N61ya....now that'll show you a good time....
go try those out ....that'll give you what your after...
