Rubicon Run June 28th -July 3rd 2013

Well I will finally be making my first trip to the Rubicon with 2 other Jeeps all of the way from Florida some time between June 28th and July 3rd. I've done my research but I would really love the knowledge of someone who has run it before to join us. From what I understand it can be a little crowded on the trail this time of year but this is my only chance to go. If anyone would like to join us you are more than welcome. It doesn't matter to me if you have run it 100 times or never (as long as you have the equipment to do it), Just be ready to wheel.

Let me know if you can Join!

Thanks,
Jake

I have a TJ with tons and 60s. My buddy has a TJ with 33s locked front and rear with a 44 in the rear with chromoly shafts and 4.88s. We also have a JKU rubicon on 35s that is still questionable on if they are going to tackle the trail with us.

The Rubicon is not that hard, it is more "relentless" as you have 12 miles of nothing but rocks, you get tired loose concentration and then make a mistake. Take your time and enjoy the trail, it is awesome scenery.
