i know a guy who knows a guy so it is going to be hard for me to get much powder coated but since i helped my friend out with building his bumper he said he would see what he can do.
i have a cb and antenna already but last i heard kevin got a little too excited tuning his and cut too much off so he needs a new one and there hard to find in stores. but rick and i know of a place that has everything you will need to put on in your jeep
Hard to find what, antennas? The place I go to for anything cb related is called Halcon Communications on Paramount Ave. in Paramount. The chick that works there knows everything anyone would need to know about cb's too which is nice. Plus it's cool to go in there and listen to the police scanners.
By the way, I ordered my tires and wheels today. Once I get the lift on I say we "test" it out. Any trails anyone wants to do? I'm thinking big bear.. Gold mtn, maybe dishpan/deep creek... Let's plan something!
just wanted to introudce myself here. my name is kevin, i've got a 94 yj that im constantly changing things on. tomm, in fact a friend from the forum ( sebastian22 ) is coming over and helping me attach a new front and rear bumper and rocksliders.
i've always enjoyed meeting new jeep folks, and im not sure how i missed this thread for so long.
i havent done any offroading, but id like to start getting out. first on some easier terrain, and then working my way up as my jeep and me are able to handle more.
lastly, i live in east anaheim, near where the 91 and 57 intersect.
o yeah, anyone know where to get d-rings for cheap?
