I usually use photobucket and just do the "[img]" command.

14" travel, plenty of room for the truss during up travel, upper links are gonna need some clearancing of the floorboards but nothing drastic.

Lookin good, gettin serious with the chromoly, nice.

Have you found a good source for c/o springs?

150/250. I need to get a base tune in then shocks. Then send em to Wayne for the fine tuning.

Nice, sounds good.

Have you ever heard of the cast upper ca mount failing on a d30?

I'm working on a hp30, already have my 3 link setup for using a jj in the cast mount, but if I'm going to build a truss I might just cut off the cast mount. But then I'd have to buy another jj and build another upper ca...

No not failing, but it has badish geometry for anything other then a stock control arm mount. I pushed my links back as far as I could to achieve 7-8 inches of seperation. And my johnny joint in the cast was already at full bind at ride height. I chopped it, built that gay bridge and made a new one that works with that big heim.

Ok cool, I phased my upper link so both I joints are centered at ride height. As long as strength isn't an issue I won't sweat it and use the cast mount. Man you're gonna love the improved geometry of a 3 link. Night and day for me, and I didn't change my **** shocks yet either.

For a Dana 30 truss, if you had space, would you tube the top, basically like you did the bottom?

Sure bad news on the top is you can't go knuckle to knuckle so you have more of a tear drop look. I had that on my first 30... Then I twisted the axle lol.

My progress tonight
