I suppose it would be a track bar then. I guess if you have as much clearance and space as that had, you could have a straight track bar. Didn't think of that.

Loved how simple and clean that thing was.

No, the tab was covered in engine oil and dirt and I was just picking up a couple of interior parts. Didn't wanna get all greasy this time. Not one single grand cherokee in there this time.

Anyone have a spare 91-95 YJ or XJ 4.0L ECM/PCM/Ecu (whatever you prefer to call it) laying around that works? Possibly one that doesn't work?

My alternator's positive lead came loose and arced until it melted itself and for those of you who know that positive lead ties back to the auto-shutdown and fuel pump relay which are tied to the #3 power lead on the ECM...needless to say the physical pin disintegrated but the computer works. So options are 1) New/Used Working ECM or 2) Conduct brain surgery on my working but unable-to-connect to ECM using a old broken one with healthy pins.

If anyone has a fried out 91-95 YJ or XJ OBD1 ECM laying around I could use that too, I believe I can extract the 60 pin connector down at the engineering lab I work at and integrate it onto my not-fried-but-missing-a-pin ECM.

Yup, haven't been in awhile though. I've got a practically brand new t4.2 that has only been raced once!

Anybody got a set of factory tj lower control arms laying around? I've got some serious popping going on in the rear when turning, track bar is solid, I removed the sway bar, and it still happens. My rear lowers are still original, and they look rough so I'm betting that's the culprit.

I am not in a position to buy quality aftermarket right now so if somebody wants to trade stock left overs for beer etc let me know
