Keep them both. I'll be in the cheap seats at Doyer stadium...wearing neutral colors.

Yep that's it, he broke that drivers side front flair (plastic) on dishpan when we went up there last year.

It's all good, I didn't think you'd come down today. After driving all over BFE and ****, I wouldn't be in the mood to go anywhere either.

What problems has he been having with it? I know he's been having a bunch of problems.

Sleep schedule has been all kinds of ****ed up for the past couple weeks. I went to bed around 10 last night and didn't actually fall asleep till around 3 or 4 this morning. ****in co-driver is starting to really piss me off, can't get any sleep at all on the road now. And then he wants to change the shift schedule in the middle of the trip.

When that happens, I'll get insomnia for a couple days, then for a while afterward, my schedule goes into random mode because it doesn't know when it'll get any sleep.

Dude doesn't know a ****in thing about anything. 7 months OTR and he doesn't even know how to properly connect the gladhands onto the trailer... can't even follow a GPS or simple instructions. Took him more than 8 pull ups to do an alley dock in a wide open space at the end of our last trip. Almost jackknifed and did a reverse 360 in the middle of the yard. More like a 180 but yeah.

EDIT: His mentor didn't teach him a god damn thing. Just used him as a slave, which is why my company is now firing drivers left and right after this DOT audit we just had. A lot of mentors have either been demoted or fired. Now I'm in line for a mentor position.

I'm seriously considering going back to running solo, problem is the trips take too long and I don't make enough money. 35 cents per mile ain't **** when you're out for two weeks at a time, and the company does bi-weekly pay.
