Don't they come with the correct gap? Or is this a plug you found in your tool box?

Is that what they call for? I'm pretty sure the manual says champion copper.

.35 is right.

Adopt your pets. Don't shop for them.

Maybe for the penstars but for the 4.0/4.2/2.5 it's champion copper.

Yep they were pre set at .35 . I just like to check them before putting them in.

You can run autolite double platinum or Champions. I tried champion last time, all the sets before were autolite. These 4.0's , if you don't change the spark plugs at least twice a year your fuel mileage goes to crap. At least mine does. On a new set of plugs I get 14/15 mpg. over time the mpg drops down to 10 mpg.

Anyways changed the plugs, greased the steering, changed the oil and filter, and blew out the air cleaner. Then went and bought some new cloths, and a new CB. No more sounding like Donald Duck. Now I'm watching nascar.

I was just looking up some maps because 2N89 looks like it runs along the tracks (Google Earth) to the 3N49 cut-off and farther to Hwy 138. Have any of you run this part?

Look what I found: http://www.fs.usda.gov/detail/sbnf/m...telprdb5156663
Everyone needs to down load the SB North and South maps. You can zoom and print current page for any section of the maps. Sooooo Coooool!

Not positive about the trail numbers but I've been on all of them around here at one time or another. Can't look at these maps right now but I will later.

What they use during KOH. They're handheld HAM radios. Call em race radios to keep from raising eyebrows.
